Poetry from the Heart

It’s my third “Poetry from the Heart” presentation for the Cultural Arts Center’s “Conversations and Coffee.”  I’ll read poetry of the greats of all ages, from the 13th century mystic Rumi to our contemporaries Rita Dove and Billy Collins. We’ll do a short writing exercise (about 10 minutes) so you can try your hand at writing a poem. It’s free, and everybody’s welcome!
